Brad Beckstead, CPA

Mr. Beckstead is a CPA licensed in the state of Nevada since
1995. He is president and CEO of United Accounting Systems,
LLC, an accounting systems and document management
consulting firm with over 10 national and international clients.
He is also Managing Partner of the CPA firm, Beckstead and
Watts, LLP, a firm specializing in the audit of US publicly-traded
companies. Beckstead and Watts, LLP has serviced in excess
of 100 national and international clients since 1999.
Mr. Beckstead is a former Chief Financial Officer of a Las
Vegas-based telecommunications company and is a former
staff auditor with the San Francisco, California office of an
international CPA "Big 4" accounting firm, where he
specialized in audits of banks, mortgage companies, and other
sophisticated financial institutions.
Mr. Beckstead graduated with a B.S.-Accounting degree from
Utah State University in Logan, Utah. He is a long-time member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the
US Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, and the US
Securities and Exchange Commission Practice Section of the
AICPA."
In 2006, Mr. Beckstead was named as one of the 'Top 100 Most Influential
People" by Accounting Today, a leading trade magazine for the accounting
profession.
